Privacy Policy — ChromaShift

1. What We Collect
ChromaShift collects minimal data to provide our service:
- Color input: The hex color you enter to generate a brand system. This is processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
- Brand descriptions: Text you submit for Brand Vision generation is sent to our AI providers to generate your brand brief and mockup prompts.
- Usage data: We track daily generation counts using browser localStorage and server-side rate limits to protect service quality and prevent abuse.
- Pro activation codes: If you enter a Pro activation code, it is verified server-side. The code itself is not stored after verification — only your Pro status is saved in localStorage.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not see or store your credit card information. Creem handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. See Creem's privacy policy.
- Pro Monthly: $9.90/month subscription
- Pro Annual: $79/year subscription (≈$6.60/month)
- Single Purchase: $1.99 one-time payment
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic patterns and improve product reliability. This analytics data is aggregate and does not include your payment details.
4. Cookies
ChromaShift uses localStorage to store your theme preference, usage count, and signed-in user state. We do not currently use Google Analytics cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
- Vercel: Hosting provider. May collect server logs.
- Creem: Payment processing.
- DeepSeek: Brand brief and AI text generation.
- Volcengine Ark / Seedream: AI mockup image generation.
- Vercel Analytics: Aggregate product analytics.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EEA or California, you have the right to access, delete, or export your data. Since we store minimal data (only localStorage in your browser), you can clear this at any time. For payment-related data, contact Creem directly or use the Creem Customer Portal link in your payment confirmation email.
