1. Service Description

ChromaShift is an AI-powered brand color system generator. Enter a hex color and receive a harmonized color system with export options. Free users get 3 generations per day; Pro users get unlimited access for $9.90/month or $79/year; one-time Pro generation available for $1.99.

2. Free Tier

The free tier provides 3 brand color system generations per day. CSS export is available. No signup is required. Usage is tracked via browser localStorage.

3. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed via Creem: $9.90/month (monthly) or $79/year (annual, save 33%). A one-time Single Purchase is available for $1.99. Pro includes unlimited generations, all export formats (CSS, Tailwind, JSON, PDF), VI Manual access, and priority support.

You may cancel anytime through the Creem Customer Portal (link provided in your payment confirmation email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for unused days.

4. Refund Policy

ChromaShift Pro is a digital subscription service. Since access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Color systems generated by ChromaShift are yours to use in personal and commercial projects. The ChromaShift software, branding, and source code remain the property of Ache (Hongkun Zong).

6. Disclaimer

ChromaShift generates color suggestions based on color theory principles. We do not guarantee that any generated color system will be suitable for every use case. It is your responsibility to verify accessibility compliance and brand appropriateness for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ache (Hongkun Zong) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ChromaShift.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChromaShift after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
