05. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Note: Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that the material in question is indeed infringing your copyright. False DMCA notices may result in legal liability.

06. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing:

→ Your physical or electronic signature
→ Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
→ A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake
→ Your name, address, and telephone number (required by DMCA for counter-notices)
→ A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district

Send counter-notices to the same email address listed above. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days.

07. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate access to our service for users who are found to repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for users who engage in repeated copyright infringement.

08. User-Generated Content

Our ChromaShift AI tool generates color palettes and brand recommendations based on user inputs. While we strive to ensure our AI outputs do not infringe third-party copyrights:

→ AI-generated content may potentially resemble existing works
→ Users are responsible for verifying their outputs do not infringe copyrights
→ We do not claim ownership of user-generated outputs

If you believe an AI-generated output infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with details of the specific output and your copyrighted work.
